limelight program (Employer Share)
Your company’s participation in this new Limelight Program will make it possible for your employees to see world-class ballet at up to half the cost. The program is customizable, based on the percentage of your employee ticket price your company would like to subsidize.
The process is very simple for your employees. They may call Kansas City Ballet’s Box Office to place their order and mention they work for a Limelight Member company. They would pay a reduced rate, based on your company’s level of commitment (20% or more of their ticket price). Your company would be billed for your portion, as used, and would gain visibility as a community supporter of the arts in Kansas City. If desired, arrangements can also be made to provide the same discount with other participating arts organizations, The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Lyric Opera, KC Symphony or KC Rep.
Our research shows that companies who provide this program to their employees benefit from increased employee loyalty and increased creativity and appreciation for all Kansas City has to offer, plus your company would be an important supporter of the arts in Kansas City.
If your company is not listed, speak with your human resource office about your interest in the Ballet and this program. To participate in Kansas City Ballet’s Employer Share program, contact the Patron Services Manager Mark Volk at email@example.com or 816.931.8993.
