Joined KCB in 2015

Lilliana Hagerman was born in Pordenone, Italy. After moving back to the states, she started her dance training at the age of 6 in Hillsborough, IL. As a second company member with the Orlando Ballet under the direction of Dierdre Miles Burger, Ms. Hagerman competed at the 2012 YAGP semi finals in Tampa, FL and won the silver medal for the senior contemporary category and top 12 for the senior classical. Very soon afterwards, she was asked to join the Orlando Ballet main company under the direction of Robert Hill. In 2015, Ms. Hagerman was delighted to join the Kansas City Ballet. Since her time here, Ms. Hagerman has performed roles such as Dorothy in Septime Webre’s The Wizard of Oz, the Sugar Plum Fairy in Devon Carney’s The Nutcracker, pas de deux woman for Jerome Robbin’s Interplay, Mrs. Hutchinson in Val Caniparoli’s The Lottery, featured roles in Willam Forsythe’s In The Middle Somewhat Elevated, Helen Pickett’s Petal and Mathew Neenan’s The Uneven amongst many others. Ms. Hagerman was honored to be one out of ten nominated by Pointe Magazine for the 2018 Stars of the Corps. In May of 2019 she was chosen for the prestigious opportunity to represent KCB by performing the role of Dorothy in Septime Webre‘s The Wizard of Oz, for the Benois de La Dance at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, Russia.
