Kansas City Ballet School’s very own Erin Sexton teaches a yoga class in the studio division at the Johnson County Campus at 95th and Nall, every Tuesday from 9 to 10:15 a.m.
Erin has been working with the Kansas City Ballet School since 2006 and has taught various levels of students in dance, yoga, and dance theater workshops. She said this yoga class in particular will offer a “constructive, refreshing, balanced practice for individuals with a basic to moderate level of yoga experience.” In addition, the class aims to help individuals with awareness and alignment, stretching and strengthening and can even be helpful to those who have struggled with past injuries.
Why not make a resolution to be stronger and more flexible in 2016?
