Studio Classes

Courses & Workshops
These classes are organized into 8-week sessions at a set cost with a particular number of participants and a guaranteed place in class. Register today in the Schools Office (816-931-2299).

DRESS CODE: There is no formal dress code but please do not wear anything excessively baggy. Workout attire is recommended, such as leggings, yoga pants, and t-shirts. Ballet slippers are required for ballet classes and tap shoes for tap classes. If you are interested in purchasing dance apparel, there is a boutique at the Bolender Center campus providing a number of dance items. Other recommended stores are listed HERE.



Adult Beginning Ballet (8-week course)
Sign up for this 8-week course to try our ballet workout. Participants will learn the basic principles of ballet technique as well as strengthening and lengthening your entire body in an encouraging environment. Low to medium intensity. 

Get 8 for $80! 1 class a week for 8 weeks. Class cards are not applicable.

Teen/Adult Hip Hop (8-week course)
This class is an easy style to learn focusing on isolations, contractions and the shifting of weight. All of this is done to the latest Hip Hop beats.

Get 8 for $80! 1 class a week for 8 weeks. Class cards are not applicable.

Aspen Santa Fe Master Class

Space is limited. This class is FREE, registration is required. Space is available on a first come, first served basis.

Pilates Reformer

Taught by Noelle Dowma
This is a Pilates class that uses the Pilates Reformer machine to develop better alignment, core strength and flexibility.  This class is low impact, yet provides a great workout for the entire body.  

Pilates (Reformer) classes must be scheduled and paid in full at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations required 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.  Payment is assessed per hour based on number of students in class: 1 student $70, 2 students $55 each, 4 students $25 each.
