To order by phone, call the box office at 816-931-2232 or toll free at 888-968-2538. Phones are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours from October 25-December 24. Nutcracker tickets are also available through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000, 24 hours a day.

In Person
The Kansas City Ballet box office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. and is located at 1616 Broadway St. in downtown Kansas City, MO. There are extended hours starting mid-October thru late December. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and cash are accepted.
Ticket Exchange
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Ticket exchanges are free for KC Ballet Season Ticket Holders as long as they are exchanged 48-hours prior to the event. There are NO exchanges for single tickets. To exchange subscription tickets, please call the Box Office at 816-931-2232 or call toll-free at 888-968-2538. If you have any questions about exchanging tickets, call or e-mail us at boxoffice@kcballet.org.
On Performance Days
On performance dates, the Lyric Theater is open: Thursday and Friday, 5:30 p.m. through the first intermission and Saturday’s noon through the first intermission of the evening performance and on Sundays from noon through the first intermission. For performances at the Music Hall the box office is open 2 hours before each performance and will stay open until 30 minutes after curtain of the last performance of the day.
During the hour prior to curtain time, the box office handles business pertaining to the immediate performance only.
