The Lyric Theatre is located at 11th and Central downtown
Kansas City Missouri. Parking is available adjacent
to the theater or on 10th and Central within a short
walk to the theatre.
The Music Hall is located at 301 W. 13th Street (13th & Central) in downtown Kansas City. Both theaters are easily accessible from either I-35 or I-70 by the Broadway Boulevard exits. For alternate routes or more detail, visit mapquest.com or maps.google.com.
Seating Policy
Late seating will be allowed at the discretion of the
house manager, as a courtesy to our audience and the artists.
Camera Policy
Due to contractual obligation
and for the safety of the artists the use of cameras
and recording devices is strictly prohibited.
Cell Phones & Pagers
Please turn off or silence cell phones or pagers as a courtesy to others.
Ticketing Policy/Children
All persons
entering the theatre must have a ticket, including
babies in arms and small children sitting on parent
or guardian's lap. These tickets are sold at full
price for the seating selection. Parents or guardians
are asked to use discretion in bringing children to
performances since the length of most performances
(excluding The Nutcracker) is not appropriate
for children under the age of five. Parents will be asked to remove children creating a disturbance during the performance. No refunds will be available.
Special Services & Accessibility
Infrared hearing devices are available. Contact Kansas City Ballet Box Office to make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance. Both the Lyric Theatre and the Music Hall provide accessible seating and facilities for persons with physical challenges. There is a gift boutique at every performance that will be open before the show, at intermission and after the show.
