An association of parents of KCB School students, the Parent Troupe is a support organization for the School, students, and parents to further the goal of high quality dance instruction.

The Parent Troupe sells logo merchandise, assists with the organization of class and Nutcracker student photographs and organizes and staffs weekly bake sales. The Troupe also assists at Kansas City Youth Ballet performances and the School Spring performance, staffing the boutique, flower cart, and concession stand at the performances. 

The Sugar Plum Fairy Luncheon held in conjunction with The Nutcracker is the largest fundraiser for KCBS. Now in its 16th year, the luncheon is planned and executed by members of the Parent Troupe with KCB staff support.
