2009-10 School Registration Instructions
Thank you for your interest in Kansas City Ballet School. Registration for the 2009-2010 year opened on May 19, 2009. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, firstserve basis until classes fill to capacity.

Students eligible for Creative Movement and Pre- Ballet must be 3, 4, 5, and 6 years old, respectively, on or before August 25, 2009. No exceptions will be made.

To register for any level, please click on the registration button to the right for the downloadable PDF registration packet (includes registration form, waiver and medical forms).

Please complete this form in its entirety and either fax, email, or deliver the forms to the Kansas City Ballet School Office during regular business hours.
