Alecia Good, Artistic Director
Alecia Good, has been the Artistic Director of the MidWest Youth Ballet for the past 8 years. Ms. Good was formerly a principal dancer with the Kansas City Ballet for 13 years. While performing with the KCB, she danced numerous principal roles in the “Nutcracker”, “Coppelia”, “Firebird” and many Balanchine Ballets. Ms. Good has been featured in several Hallmark “Ballerina” calendars and is listed in the book of “Who’s Who in America’s Teachers.” Ms. Good is an alumni of Central Pennsylvania. Youth Ballet and has taught in Carlisle for the past 18 years. She is currently on faculty with the Kansas City Ballet.
