Four staff members at the school have expanded their families this year. Tamara Sanders delivered twins, Marisa and Juliette, in August 2004. Tamara teaches Levels III and IV at Kansas City Ballet School. In June, pre-ballet teacher Lynn Bruyn gave birth to an 8 lb. 1 oz. baby boy, Isaac William. Natalie Millard, who teaches Pre Ballet and Children's II, is currently on maternity leave and expecting her first baby boy in October.
Ina Daniels, accompanist, traveled to the Ukraine last October to finalize the adoption of Alexander. Though the adoption process was time consuming and challenging, Ina knew Alex was the one she had come for as soon as she saw him. Alex celebrated his third birthday in July. Congratulations to All!
