Be A Trouper - Volunteer With Kansas City Ballet!

Every year the ballet relies on a great team of volunteers to help us with greeting, set up, ticketing, receptions and the gift shop for events that include:

  • Ballet School Open House / August
  • Ballet in The Park / September
  • Open Rehearsal Receptions / Prior to each repertory performance
  • Plaza Art Fair / September
  • Holiday Mart Ballet Booth / October
  • Sugar Plum Fairy Luncheon / December

Other volunteer opportunities include:

  • Administrative Support: assist with data-entry, filing, mailings and shredding
  • Box Office: answer phones, mail tickets and assist with ticket requests.
  • Costumes: Do you know how to whipstitch? The costume shop welcomes your help.
  • School: The school appreciates help with productions, snacks and dressing

Single or group volunteers will receive volunteer credit hours, have fun and even earn Trouper rewards like ballet tickets, CDs, t-shirts and more.
