Todd Bolender
Center Awaits Decision
Kansas City Ballet’s location for the Todd Bolender Center
for Dance and Creativity may well be determined by early fall 2005.
That is the timeline anticipated by the Metropolitan Performing Arts
Center leadership for a decision on whether or not the performing
arts center will be built on the site of the Lyric Theater in the
downtown loop.

American
Girl to Partner With KCB School
Kansas City Ballet School is dancing with American Girl this
fall. “Dance Through Time” with American Girl, a fashion
show hosted by the Junior League of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties
to benefit children’s charities, will be held Saturday, September
10th, 2005. The 11th Annual event will be held at 11:00 a.m., 2:30
p.m. and 5:30 p.m., at the Pembroke Hill School’s Hall Student
Center, 5121 State Line Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
