KCB Guild Membership Has Its Perks

Among those KCB Guild members who staff the booth at Nutcracker performances are
Mary Hodge, Barb Nicely, Marion Nass, Deanna Meredith and Rita Sanchez. Last season's Ballet Boutique raised more than $50,000 for
Kansas City Ballet.

Join in the fun that is the Kansas City Ballet Guild. By becoming a Guild member of Kansas City Ballet you are given the unique opportunity to support our ballet through your involvement and support of the Ballet Ball, Gift Boutique, and Kansas City Ballet School while enjoying the company of other ballet supporters. The Guild offers many opportunities to get involved, make new friends and raise awareness for Kansas City Ballet’s beloved company.

Mission
The Ballet Guild’s mission is to provide Kansas City Ballet with financial support and promote the Ballet within the community. Becoming a season ticket subscriber supports the ballet financially as well as enables Guild members to effectively promote the ballet.

Special Ticket Offer
This year only, Kansas City Ballet is extending a very special offer to Guild members who have not yet purchased their 2005-2006 season tickets. Attend three performances in the Balcony Circle seating for only $21, a $45 savings over the regular prices. For Guild members who have already purchased season tickets - thank you! You may also take advantage of this one time only offer by purchasing additional tickets.

In addition, all Guild members and their guests will be invited to the Benefactor Room during intermission at any Friday or Saturday Night season performance. This is a wonderful opportunity to chat with other Ballet enthusiasts and enjoy complimentary beverages and nibbles.

For Guild members who have already purchased their season tickets for Thursday evening, Saturday or Sunday matinee performances when the Benefactor Room will not be open, the box office will happily exchange your tickets enabling you to take advantage of the Benefactor Room.

One more perk...
Julia Irene Kauffman is hosting an exclusive cocktail party for all Guild members who are Kansas City Ballet season subscribers by September. Just another great opportunity to meet new people and get acquainted with other Ballet supporters.

Current Guild members should receive their renewal forms in the mail in August. For more information about Kansas City Ballet Guild, please contact Membership Vice President Katherine Schorgl at 913-327-5991 or kaschorgl@kc.rr.com.
