Paris Wilcox Mr. Wilcox returns for his 11th season with Kansas City Ballet. A native of Earlville, New York, he began training with Mikhail Fokine's grand-niece Donna Decker, then continued with Delia Foley and Leslie Morton. After earning a B.A. in The Classics from Hamilton College, Mr. Wilcox finished his formal training at the Rock School of Pennsylvania Ballet with Bojan and Stephanie Spassoff. Mr. Wilcox has danced lead roles in numerous ballets, including Donizetti Variations, Four Temperaments, Carmina Burana, Lilac Garden, and The Still Point. Several of his most memorable roles include Albrecht in Giselle, the Pas de Deux in Agon, Siegfried in Swan Lake Act II, and Afternoon of a Faun. In the spring of 2004, Mr. Wilcox reprised the role of the Ram in Renard, appearing in the Wall-to-Wall Balanchine Celebration at Symphony Space in New York City. In the summer of 2007, he married fellow dancer Chelsea Wilcox (maiden name Teel).
