Chelsea Wilcox Ms. Wilcox, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, received her training at the Fort Wayne Ballet, with additional training from Grand Rapids Ballet, Ballet Arizona, and Northwest Florida Ballet. Now in her seventh season with the Company, she has performed in numerous ballets including Napoli Pas de Six, Jardi Tancat, Handel Trio and Nine Sinatra Songs with principal roles in The Moor's Pavane, Great Galloping Gottschalk, Pas de Dix, The Lark Ascending, Concerto Barocco, La Fille mal Gardee, Cakewalk, Lambarena, Link and the Agnes de Mille solo, Debut at the Opera. Last fall, Mrs. Wilcox's ballet Reconstruction was commissioned for the Fort Wayne Ballet's 50th Anniversary Gala. She has also choreographed for the New American Youth Ballet and Kansas City Ballet School, where she teaches during the season. This past summer, she married fellow dancer, Paris Wilcox.
