Betty Klein Ms. Klein, originally from Bowie, Md., trained at the Maryland Youth Ballet. She attended several summer programs on scholarship including The Rock School and Orlando Ballet. She then performed with the Orlando Ballet Company under the leadership of Fernando Bujones. During her three years there, she especially enjoyed dancing in Bujones’ Jazz Swing. While in Orlando, participation in the American Dance Competition won her a medal and a full scholarship to Atlanta Ballet’s Professional Program, summer 2006. She spent the last year in Maryland with the National Ballet Company. This is her first season with the Kansas City Ballet.
