Fees
Spaces are rented for a minimum of four (4) hours. An additional $25/half hour will be assessed for additional time.
A $200 deposit is required to secure space for an event. This deposit is applied toward the Room Charge and/or toward the 15% Facility Service fee.
All events serving food and/or beverages will be charged a 15% Facility Service Fee. This is calculated based on the final food and beverage total before taxes. Kansas City Ballet will bill the renter 7 days following the event. A list of preferred caterers and other vendors will be provided during the application process. KCB preferred caterers provide a wide range of pricing to fit your budgetary needs. In the event a non-preferred caterer is used, a 30% Facility Service Fee will be assessed on the food and beverage total.
All events held after regular KCB hours will be assessed a $100 Security Fee.
Use of any KCB piano must be pre-approved. Upon approval a $100 fee tuning will be assessed.
